His dual academic background gives him a distinctive ability to analyze legal problems through both a rigorous legal lens and a practical business perspective, a combination that proves invaluable in the complex commercial and transactional matters Billion Law regularly handles. Prior to joining Billion Law, Luis gained broad legal experience across corporate, commercial, administrative, and intellectual property matters. He has advised national and international clients on corporate structuring, mergers, contract drafting and review, foreign exchange compliance, and trademark protection before regulatory authorities. That foundation, built across multiple practice environments, informs the sophisticated and thorough approach he brings to every research assignment.
